Care Coordinator Team Leader

OVERVIEW

MeMD is seeking a responsible and driven individual to act as a liaison with patients who request services through our online medical portal and the medical staff who provide medical care online through MeMD. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing the day to day call center operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives and policies. As team leader, this individual will also be expected to analyze, identify root causes, and develop action plans to maximize customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive for continuous improvement in the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of MeMD’s mission
  • Implements operating systems, procedures and policies to achieve overall goals
  • Monitors random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance
  • Ensures department staff receives appropriate system and process training
  • Coaches, motivates and retains staff on a daily basis
  • Regular review of departmental processes in order to execute process improvement opportunities
  • Responsible for performance management, hiring, employee retention, and growth

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of productivity tools and web-based systems
  • Customer service mentality
  • Self-driven & positive disposition
  • Nights and weekends may be required
